Exchanges Only Policy

Please note that we do not offer returns or refunds on any products. We only provide exchanges in specific cases.

To be eligible for an exchange, the item must:

Be unused and in its original packaging
Be accompanied by proof of purchase
Be reported within 48 hours of delivery

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Products

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive:

A damaged product
A defective item
The wrong product

Non-Exchangeable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept exchanges for:

Opened or tampered products
Sale items
Gift cards
Customized or special-order items

Exchange Process

Once your exchange request is approved, we will provide instructions for the exchange process. Products sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
